satya sai hospital ulhasnagar Thane - Regarding security deposit submitted to hospital

Dear team voxya,
My father had been admitted in November ****, in Satya Sai Hospital, Ulhasnagar, Thane. He got the discharge in the same month. The hospital was supposed to return me the security deposit that i had submitted. The hospital told me that I would get it back once the mediclaim is settled.

I contacted my Mediclaim company ICICI Lombart, and they told me that claim was settled in February ****. But hospital has not return me my deposit even after continuous calls. The reception does not let me talk to their TPA section. and every time I call they tell me that they will call me back but they have not. I have called them ** times so far.

please help. I have limited resources during this lock down and that money is important for me.
