Prabhjot Singh filed complaint against Epson India on Aug 29, 2019
During the Engineer's visit from Epson india "Nozzles head kit needs to be replaced" of my brand new printer with model number L****
But I do not want my machine to be opened as it is not more than * month when I purchased it.
I have insecurities related as if I am getting this problem within ** days after installation then definitely I will face these kind of problems in future as well.
I am asking for the replacement only which they are not giving but they committed before purchasing the product
