Casio - Regarding refund

I have ordered Casio f**wamdf from Casio india website on **th aug **** but for the past * days the product haven't dispatched raised a no of tickets but in response there is a shortage of stocks so on **th aug I cancelled my order but haven't got any mail or msg regarding cancellation and I believe I have been scammed
