SASTRA University - Regarding Refund

I am Moulya Kondapalli. I have admitted to the branch Aerospace engineering during the admission process and paid **,*** to get enrolled.Later got Electronics and Communication Engineering (Cyber physical systems) during the sliding process of admissions **** in Sastra University.
Later on, I had withdrawn my seat within the given time of seat withdrawal(*st week of December), even I had sent mail but there is no reply..the university authorities had mentioned that the process is completely transparent but I couldn't get any reply regarding the refund.
