DrinkPrime - Regarding Refund Process

My DrinkPrime was uninstalled on February **th, and I was informed that I would receive a full refund within a week. However, the refund has not been processed yet.
Every time I called customer care at *********** or emailed support@drinkprime.in, I was told that my case had been listed as a top priority and that I would receive a callback from the dedicated team within the next few hours. However, I have never received any callback, nor have I gotten any resolution.
I have called DrinkPrime ** times (with call recordings of * calls) and sent them * emails so far.
