investment research advisor (IRA) www.Iresearch.co.in - Regarding Refund of my Money with Interest

The company executive person and * years back frauduently brought me into this case. He started with Rs.**** and brought me up to Rs. ****** and promised me that his company calls are so good that I will earn a profit and will get back my returns of Rs.*,**,***.
This commitment was made by company through its official mail id and then when an year passed I didnt earned a single profit. I started voicing for refund and then they said there is no policy of refund. I felt cheated before coming into deal the company never told me about this clause and i have never signed any clause regarding this. The company changed its website and posted a remark of no refund overthere. I voiced my case to SEBI, the company recognised its mistake and asked for * months time to return my money taken from me and even the profit through trade calls for which i objected that i'm no more left with capital to put in then they offered that company will provide capital for which they will be responsible for it but it has been * months passed approaching sebi nothing has happened. I have not earned a single penny from company. Company officials are not picking up the calls and even not responding to my mails. Hence please help me to get my all money back, these people have harrassed me so much that i'm going through mental pressure. Now i demand complete refund of my money plus the profits which the company promised me. I can't provide them more time.
