Flipart - Regarding refund of my amount

My name is S. Jyoti I've booked an order of IKHLAS Churidar Leggins on **th July ****, My order number is OD******************. Order cost is Rs. ****/- . I've made the payment through online . Today I've received the parcel in that parcel instead of ** items of leggins I've received only * pieces. So I've called to customer support team for the details. they said that they will refund me the amount. I've followed the instruction as they told me to do but instead of any refund, * times amount has been debited from my account. *st time I lost amount Rs.***/-. I've asked them that my money has been deducted from account. They said that it will be refunded to definitely and asked me to process the same once again. But for the *nd time I've completed the full process then also I've lost the amount of Rs. ****/- Total amount I lost is **** in which refund amount is not included.
I've received the call from the number ********** . They told that they will refund the amount to other person who has the phone pay account I've given my mother's number in that also same problem arises. instead of refund amount has been debited from our account.
Kindly pay me back my amount.
Otherwise issue me the cheque of the amount.
