Hello,
My name is Baljeet Singh, I had booked * seats in Chartered bus from Indore to Shahdol for **th of April **** ((PNR - *******). But, due to extension of lockdown, ticket was cancelled by the service provider itself and they said that the amount will be refunded to my bank account. Now it's been ** days but I haven't got the refund. I tried contacting them over phone call and email.
But all their contact numbers are either switched off or out of service. They are not even replying to my emails.
