I want to inform you that I subscribed this service as on **/**/****.
from the date of my subscription I felt that why I wasted ***/- for taking this subscription because till now I didn't watch any program due to the bad quality service.
I also want to mention that I am also using Netflix and Amazon prime through my jio subscription pack but I never experience such type of bad quality like zee*.
I also given my feedback onto their write to us service but nothing happened.
No one is taking response..
Request to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
