IIT Kanpur - Regarding Physical Education Course iitk

I am a student of IITK. Actually I Completed *** Credits which requires for Graduation. except PE*** which is of * credits. So I requested them for a wavier. While **** for passouts they had given ** credits wavier and **** labs+** credits wavier. And I aslo faced * year termination so i had to do limited credits in each semester. So i did like that and i completed all credits. And while ****-** *st semester HSS prof. Failed me in his Subject.. because i submitted the file his iitk email and not to email id which is created for course. In a hurry i submitted to him... And I'm a PWD Student... He not gave me extra time in exam eventhough i asked... Later in another semester No one Accepted my HSS request so by that my semester extended more... With having all these tensions and financially problems and also having fever, placements exams, interviews.. i couldn't gave weekly quizzes of PE***A.. *Quizzes, *not well written.... So they failed and not Accepted my Appeal and i Requested them very much.. i was financially not good please give relaxation for that and give me degree so by i can get atleast a small job.. so i can help my help my family..... But in Past they changed the grades of the Student and passed him from this course because he belongs to open category. But i belong to ST and PWD Category so they have not accepted and Even though i requested them for give it to me as Modular Course so by attending * hours a day i complete it by August Bec it's a * credit and PE Course. In these way also they haven't accepted... Now they are making me to stay for * months for that single course and by that i will be depressed more and i will loose hope on study and on life. And financially it keeps more burden on my family... So please help me in this Situation
