Guneet Khurana filed complaint against Bellavita luxury perfume on May 6, 2026
I received an order dated **th April with an incorrect product. The same was raised to customer service via whatsApp channel, they advised I will get the correct product once reverse pickup is done. I sent them the unboxing video & they accepted the concern too but I have to chase for the same concern everyday as neither they send the product or not issue the refund. They raised complaints to the reverse pickup team. Every day I follow and I get the same response that reverse pickup will b done in ** to ** hrs but no update. The complaint nos are *******C and *******
