Zing - Regarding Occupied seats Despite online Booking

Dear Zingbus Team,
I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding a serious issue I faced during my journey on *st June **** from Adilabad to Hyderabad (PNR: ZB************, Order ID: ***********).
I had booked three sleeper seats online (UD**, LD**, and LD**) through Paytm. However, when I boarded the bus, these seats were already occupied by other passengers. Despite showing my valid ticket, the bus staff failed to resolve the issue. This caused major inconvenience and discomfort to me and my co-passengers.
I request a full refund for this failed service and an explanation of how such mismanagement occurred. If I do not receive a proper response within * days, I will escalate this issue to the consumer grievance forums.
