Ando technology pvt ltd sama school in - Regarding not cancelling of loan

Hi in search of job placement i saw online advertising of sama school.in(Ando technology pvt ltd).they sign an aggrement from me and according to that aggrement pay after placement policy student have to pay amount of ** k from salary.as i got placement but due to my mom health condition i resign from the company within a week and i did not got any salary .now in between this they took documents from me and signed e-nach from me and made loan in name of me and upfront take money in name of me from their fintech partner propelld of ** k.when i told them about my grievance they did not listens to this and even not helping in placement further there counsellors also threatens me regarding this also but they did not give any assistance and break their service aggrement as student has to pay whole amount by salary i was not being placed by them further also and now due to collection team calls from the propelld i am mentally disturbed they did totally wrong commitment with me and even not helping further and now amount is overdue upto **k and above and i want to cancel this loan by them as they are not returning back money taken in anek of me to thier fintech partner due to this my parents and i suffers a lot as they are not helping at all to give financial assistance in real way to pay amount by own and burdning students parents itself .i want to cancel my loan asap plz help me regarding this
