Pspcl - Regarding new electricity connection

I want a new temporary electricity connection but the electricity board refused to give me a connection. They are harassing me about a month. They said that electricity lines are passing from your construction but it was far away from my construction. First, they said that your area is not under our charge. Now they are saying that electricity lines are passing from your construction which is totally wrong allegation.
