Tata Motors Commercial - Regarding my Vehicle

I purchased Tata Ace Gold from Libra Automobiles, Patiala and got it registered on **/**/****. I started facing issues with the vehicle and was using it in Mohali, So i got it serviced at *****km from TATA Motors CMPL, Mohali. Vehicle was giving mileage issues and informed the service center but they refused to check and asked to do the next service on *****km. but on *****km vehicle got suddenly seized. I told service center about the same and as per their request got it towed and reached to the service center. After examining the vehicle service center is denying for solution as their was no engine oil. But on *****km engine oil was replaced by the service center already. Then where it went ? When asked service center, they are changing statements and are denying to replace the engine. Whereas the whole mistake was by them. Maybe their own employees forgot to refill the engine oil in vehicle. Else how can a New vehicle by Tata can be seized in just * months!. Please help me getting it sorted.
