Domino's - Regarding my order no 270

Hello team,
I am Ronak registered number **********
Is a frequent customer and often order from Domino's un multiple cities.
Today i faced weird issue where in dominos guy called me up and rudely said that it will take * hrs to delivery so shall i cancel it, but the app doesn't show any such thing and taken my order with guarantee delivery of ** mins.
I asked him to speak politely first and give me other options if anything is there , and i asked is it fine if i pick up order he said yes u can come and pick, i asked for manager to discuss and he replied saying manager is busy.
Is this a behaviour we expect from a pizza chain like Domino's?
