On **st march I have done deposit of rupees **,***. I have placed some bets and made total *****. On *st of april month I have tried to withdraw the funds. While I tried to withdraw it was getting rejected. So I contacted customer support the told me that my account was blocked. They asked me to send some documents for verification purpose. So I have sent all the required documents immediately to them in mail. After a day they the told me my account was blocked permanently and I can't with ***** rupees. I have asked the they I have violated clause **. To be honest the I haven't done anything suspicious. So at last they have deducted rupees ***** from ***** rupees. So finally **** was left in my account. I have been trying to withdraw **** but they are not accepting. In Withdrawal history it shows the transaction was declined. The customer support says keep on trying to withdraw, so almost for two weeks I keptn on trying to withdraw it was declining. Even today the customer support says the same keep on trying. My parimatch account number *********. I have gone against rules they have mentioned in clause **.
