Namaste TeenPatti - Regarding missing withdrawals and delayed recharge credit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about serious issues I faced while playing the Namaste Teen Patti game from **.**.****. On the first day itself, I lost more than ₹**,*** while playing. In a situation where I was sure that I would win, I recharged ₹**,***, but this amount was not credited to my game wallet immediately. As it did not reflect, I recharged multiple times. Only after *–* hours, all the recharge amounts were credited to my game wallet.

I then played continuously with the intention of withdrawing my money. In total, I made ** withdrawal requests. Out of these, only ** withdrawals were actually credited to my bank account. The remaining * withdrawals, totalling ₹**,***, have not been received in my bank account. Out of these *:

* withdrawals are shown as “Success” for ₹*,*** and ₹*,***, and

* withdrawals are shown as “Already dunned” for ₹*,*** and ₹*,***.

However, none of these * withdrawals (total ₹**,***) have been credited to my bank account.

I request you to kindly verify these failed/missing withdrawals and credit the pending amount of ₹**,*** to my registered bank account at the earliest. I am also ready to provide all supporting documents such as transaction IDs, screenshots of recharge and withdrawal history, and my bank statement for your verification.

Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
