I was a B.ED student admitted at Islamia teacher training college phulwarishrif Patna in ****-**** session, at the time of admission counseling nalanda open university taken **** and told me your money will be adjusted at college course fee, but my course is over and college principal is not agree to adjust this **** in course fee. He told me that he didn't received **** from NOU. So he can't manage the fee and taken full fee of ******. Please return my ****.
