Even after giving countless notices to agents, they still threaten about a field visit which I do not agree for. I've had explained the situation to them multiple times and also contacted them for a restructuring of loan, but is yet to get a response from them. However Mpokket keeps on harrassing without any replies (feels like it's a bot).
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
