Mpocket - Regarding loan status active after repayment

I took loan from mpocket loan amount was around ***** then due to personal issue I was unable to pay...but I paid total amount with interest around ***** rs in May ****
But still my account is active whenever I check my cibil score... I did complaint on Experian portal but still issue is not resolved and I mailed to mpocket support team they are not responding
