Paisapay India Private Limited - Regarding Loan repayment

I have taken a loan from PaisaPay loan application on Android Phone. With current scenario of Corona Virus pandemic i have gone out of funds completely. Its been over ** days i do not have a single penny. I am a single mother. My salary has been delayed and i have got a **% paycut. I requested the team to understand my situation and give me extension. I kept getting back to back calls. I have been stressed with situation and told them that i will pay. I mailed them and also messaged on their whatapp number.They stopped calling for somedays. Then today they sent me a threataning message that they will file a police complaint and send collection people to my home. They also send me a list of ** to ** contacts from my contact list and said they will keep calling all those people and trouble them till i pay or ask them to pay. I am not doing this intentionall. I am in a bad state. They are trying to threaten me, i got worried and I called them. The person who answered the call said he does not care what i do, i have to arrange the money somehow and pay them back. I requested him but before i could say anything more he hung up. I called again and he again said manage anyhow he cant do anything and he hung up before i could say anything. I have answered their calls everytime and replied to them. In this scenario where the entire world is going through a difficult times we expect them to understand. RBI governor has given them permission to give time to people but they are scaring them. People are already scared with the virus outbreak and they are making it worse. The number i got a message from is **********. I request you to please look into this.
