Kapil Chits (HYDERABAD) Private Limited - Regarding Kapil chits fraud

Joined Kapil chits (Hyderabad) Pvt ltd reference number -fapt**p-** and my chit legal chit agreement regd on **-**-****. As per rules monthly subscription -**,*** and period: ** months.
As per my financial requirement, I went for Kapil chits for prizing money and date of chit prizes **-**-**** as per company policy. I submitted surety on **-**-**** and from my chit I need to receive an amount Rs ***,***/-. But amount not received they started playing a game with me. Finally, I received the amount by cheque on **-**-**** Rs ***,***/-M(three lakhs thirteen thousand and one twenty-five rupees ). I was given permission my friend's relative account Rs ***,*** and he will act as a surety for me. My balance amount Rs ***,*** /- fraud happening in my account. Same branch manger he transfers the amount to his personal account. I asked multiple times but no response from the manager (k Dileep).
Point *: My chit mount transfer to Kapil chits (Hyderabad) Pvt ltd branch manager (k Dileep) personal chit account and now he acts as a surety for my chit. Without my interference, he is using my resources.
Point *: We submitted four surety whose itr more than * lakhs for each person intentionally he rejected.
Point *: He forced for a fixed deposit or takes a new vacant chit.
Point *: For my balance amount he is not giving any interest for * years period.
Point *: He used my signature forgery for releasing the money to his Kapil chit’s account
Point *: He is doing the transaction without my interference in my account
Point *: I am a taxpayer for * years even though he saying I don’t have a repaying capacity
Point *: If the customer doesn’t have a repaying capacity then why should you ask to join in the chit.
Point *: Sales executive not giving information before taking advance amount with me.
Point **: Dividend needs to collect after complete the chit.
Point **: I don’t feel safe to leave my dividend and balance amount in Kapil chits and they are investing in Kapil towers for real-estate in Hyderabad. Page * out of *
