OYO Home Luxurious Stay Spice Valley - Regarding Issue faced in the hotel Agoda Booking ID PNR No

I had made a booking for * night stay (check in : **-**-***** & check out : **-**-****) at OYO Home ***** Luxurious Stay Spice Valley. Upon check in i came to know that breakfast is not provided (as i had got complimentary breakfast on booking confirmation).Also the room which i had been checked in had cleanliness issues (room not being cleaned or sanitized as per OYO standards, bed linens having stains, hair strands (as the bedlinens are not changed after previous guest checked out), waste bin full of garbage (not cleared), bed headboard too much dusty, bathroom amenities and supplies not provided. As per my request, i have been room moved to another room where there's cleanliness issues as well as maintenance issues.Attaching all those photos as pdf document. Please provide me a proper solution for the issues i faced. I tried to get in touch with agoda team through their e-mail biz@agoda.com and customercare@agoda.com on Dec **, ****. But no response from them.
