We have booked a hotel in Chitrakoot Dham on **/**/****. When we had called up the Hotel for Confirmation of Booking of **/**/****. They said that they are no more on Oyo. But Still their name is in Oyo App. This is a Fraud for the Customer if they paid the amount through Online Process. Take a legal action against the hotel as well as on oyo.
