Nirmiti Resorts & Clubs - Regarding holiday package

I have been fooled by Nirmiti Resorts and club. I had been to Goa for vacation in December ****. The man took us to hotel telling that we have got our lucky draw and price will be given immediately. After going there, a lady came and asked us many questions and took us for a tour of their resort. Then comes the game masters who manipulated us with their package. They told us today is discount day flat **% off on membership and promised us many things. We told we'll think about it and give our decision tomorrow but they told it’s a golden opportunity only a day offer it’s only a yes or no for the day. They showed us government papers and all documents proofs of resorts lots of attractive packages. And they manipulated us so badly and gave us a good discount. So we joined membership and they told us it will take ** days of activation. So after ** days when we contacted they told still need time. Then we came to know it was a fraud and in google there were lots of complaints against this company. They have been manipulating and fooling lots of people since a year. We as consumer trusted them and invested our money. Now when we are asking for refund they are not responding our calls nor messages. Please consumer forum help us to refund. Every single penny is important for every person. We request you to help us in this matter.
