DHFL home loan - Regarding high rate of interest

Loan account number ********
I took home loan from DHFL company for INR ** lac with interest rate of @*.**% floating.. As of today, it has been increased @ **% I believe. however market rate has been reduced to *%.
When i have been charged for floating ROI then i should get reduced as per market rate. I spoke to them but they are not ready to listen.. they are making excuses
Please look into this matter and support in getting my home loan interest reduced at the earliest.
