I, Mr. Mahesh Shamrao Gonnade, resident of Plot No. **, Shashikant Society, Nagpur, had assigned carpentry work to Mr. Prem Kumar Sharma on **/**/**** for Modular Kitchen, Kitchen Shutters, Dining Unit, TV Cabinet, and Bathroom Shelves.
I paid him ₹*,**,***/- for the said work. However, he has failed to complete the work as agreed. I had already approached the police station, and he was given * days' time to complete the work, but even after the expiry of the given period, the work remains incomplete.
Therefore, I request you to take appropriate action and help me recover my amount and obtain justice.
