I am a consumer of NBPDCL and my consumer number ************. My one month electricity consumption can be maximum *** to *** units but from the electricity department I was sent a bill of **** units in february month which is absolutely wrong. I have complained many times against the bill but I did not get any solution.
Therefore it is a humble request to sir that my electricity bill should be investigated and the guilty should be given the strictest punishment so that no consumer has to face this kind of problem.
