Ck - Regarding Extra deduction

Hi,
I am Chandani. Today I have booked * tickets in Mahabodhi Express from Gaya to New Delhi dated **.**.****. Ticket price was **** for *AC. Total fare should be **** including taxes but Rs. **** has been deducted from my account. I have confirmed from IRCTC website they said that IRCTC received only **** rupees and they told me that you should have to confirm from where you have booked this ticket (like confirmtkt customer care). When I have contacted, he told me " glti se Rs. **** deduct ho gya hai" then I said, kindly return my amount but he again said that " apko mai link bheja hu ap usse kuch amount pay krna pdega, phir apke account me paise aa jayega' then I told him why I will pay you, this was your mistake not me, and "uss bnde ne mujhe ek link share kiya and bola ap iss link pr click krke paise send krdo, uss link me bank ke sare details the. Then why i will pay ye fraud bhi ho sakta hai to usne phone cut kr diya.

So, i am reauesting you kindly resolve my issues and mere extra money jo cut hua hai wo return kr de.
This is not the way of working ki ap kisi ka extra paise cut krlo then bolo ki apko hi pay krna pdega
