Aparna filed complaint against Vistara Airlines on Apr 19, 2020
I have booked * tickets from vistara airlines for****april **** for travelling from bangalore to delhi. They are not ready to either pay the refund money and for rescheduling my ticket further i have to pay Rs ****/- approx extra. Although i have other options to book my ticket at low prices with other airlines.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
