im kailash itke, i booked * package on http://www.experienceandamans.com, booking ID-*****. after arriving port blair they told we not able to confirm your booking on selected date, ask for select any other date/refund. i asked them for refunding amount, its on ** january ****. they emailed me will refund within * working days, now today ** days over, they not refunded amount . i called them, they are telling any irrelevant reasons. they are not responding to emails now. i want to fine them for delayed refund and making me disappointed, wasting my precious time, frustreted.with rs.*****/-
