**th July **** ordered family pack biryani from shag house restaurant through uber eats App and made payment through online to uber company.After ** minutes of order restaurant cancelled my order regarding issue I spoke to uber customer service team and they said within *-* days refund will be credited back to my account.But when I called after one week no refund was initiated but they said already they have made refund back to my account and asked me to update my bank statement and this continued for *-* days and finally they said we are facing some technical issues still you have to wait for some time and daily they are troubling me saying update your bank statement.Already it has been more than * weeks but still they are suffering me without refunding my money and they are forcing me to accept uber credit's that which I'm supposed to use in uber App only.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
