I am your very loyal customer, as I have bought five AC myself and the same suggested to my neighbour too. But I am now highly disappointed with service and this is letting me morally down. As my *nd service was in starting the week of March and serviceman I don't know what they have done, after which I have been called *-* times for the problem I am facing. No doubt with good customer service they have always attended as per but the same man has been repairing it again and again without any improvement instead of leading a new problem at every call
My AC is functioning low and decrease in its cooling capacity, with a new sound like blowing wind. No improvement has been seen yet from a serviceman. They also don't have any answer except consoling us by saying to have patience. It's been a week with this. I have been fed-up and don't know what I am compromising for in this heated summer. Never will suggest anyone about IFB brand.
As it has not been more than * year and posted more than *-* complain that is it may be defective part of AC.
So kindly help to replace the indoor of AC Because dealer or franchise is not interesting in doing so (or), officially write a statement from the company to do so to a dealer and mail me.
