I would like to inform you that on dated **/**/**** I have visited Big Bazaar Baddi for shopping purpose & after shopping when I went to cash counter for payment purpose I saw big bazaar has charged Rs.**/- for the carry bag in my invoice no *************** on **/**/****. I have also talked to store manager & told him that they can't charge for the carry bag (gave reference of Bata showroom case) but store manager asks me to file a complaint in consumer court.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
