RAHUL KUMAR filed complaint against Exide Battery on May 2, 2019
I have purchased an Exide battery for my Scooty on **/**/**** but this battery stops functioning and then I lodged a complaint on **/**/**** to Exide customer care having complaint reference number- EJR*******. The customer care executive told me that the concerned engineer will contact me in * to * days but till date I have not received any call from Exide engineer and I have been suffering a lot due to my battery. Kindly take some action against the careless Exide company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
