Ceclil Convent School Junior Ambala City - Regarding annual charges demand by Cecil convent school Junior ambala city while applying of SLC

Dear Sir, my child named Mikul Verma, admission no *** was studying in *th Class in session ****-** in Cecil Convent School Junior, Ambala City. Now he promoted to class *th. But due to high fees chearges in class *th i was unable to let study my child in same school so i decided to change the school of my son. But while applying for SLC school is demanding rs *****/- for session ****-**. Even i have cleared all the dues till **.**.****. School has neither informed and nor demand from me earlier while the study of my son. Now they are demanding annual charges of rs *****/- for session ****-** during covid and then they will able to provide me School leaving Certificate of my son. while of my objection they shown me attached notice and demanding annual charges of rs *****/-
