I have raised complain on * sep **** but still not resolved and i contact hathway customer care they also not resolved my complain and they are talking to me very rude way so if you are not resolved my complaint then next month onward i can disconnect your internet and take any other broadband connection because i don't want to continue with like that who are not listen customer problem.
