R PANNEER filed complaint against Vu 50 inch led TV on Apr 27, 2023
I have purchased the product (Vu premium) on September - ****, it was repaired in the month of July - **** (Display issue) which is the claim is fully settled by your end, really it was a great support from your end. But unfortunately, again I'm facing the same issue ,which I faced previously. I have checked with the concern technician who is arranged by your team. But he was quoting the repair cost of *****, which is more than half of the new TV's cost,
Now, my concern is within * month of reparing, the same issue is existing again,
I'm requesting that, Repair it for free of cost (Full claim) or else exchange the product. This is the second time I'm facing this issue, how to tolerate it, After repairing even one year is not completed, facing same.
