Day before yesterday I filed a complaint about my samsung **** TV and remote
Service engineer came and told me to purchase a new remote ...
After that I changed my remote battery it's worked well
Customer care didn't told me about a visiting charge for service center
Service engineer didn't check anything .... Samsung Service Request No. **********
