I called the airtel broadband to install the internet connection at my place and I told the guy that I need the internet for only ** days he said minimum I * month and the gave me the plan rates **** I said it's to high so he said if I go with * month advance pack of **** than the day I disconnect my internet connection my money will be refunded for the remaining * months but now airtel is refusing to refund me the money and saying this is not in the policy
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
