Ishan Gupta filed complaint against Acer on Aug 8, 2021
First of all, the system faces a lot of fps drops while doing any graphic extensive work(such as gaming, video editing etc.). As per the specifications Nvidia GeForce Gtx **** * GB is more than enough to do all those tasks smoothly and efficiently. I don't know what the problem is but I am sure of some fault in the laptop I have received. Because as per the reviews and specifications the laptop is a pure performance package.
Secondly, the camera issue I mentioned earlier is not fixed till date and the camera is broken as told by the mechanic who came for the inspection of the issue. I am unable to give my entrance exams which are conducted online and require a stable working camera.
The speakers of this laptop are extremely low, this may not be an issue as I got to know in the reviews, but they were not so low that the person sitting in front of the machine can't even hear what is being played on the laptop.
Sometimes even the clicks wont work from the trackpad or even by the mouse.
Lastly, sometimes when not plugged in charging mode the laptop becomes too slow that it is almost unusable. The display colours change, performance drops drastically and a lot more changes when the laptop is unplugged.
I have the video recordings of my laptop not booting up and the performance issues.
These are the issues I am facing when I have not installed any of the third party softwares.
These issues make my experience of using it a headache and because, I am pretty sure that it is one of the defective pieces.
The customer service appoints an engineer and says that when our engineer will get to see the problem then we will solve it.
The seniors from the support team are even denying to consider some of my issues as issues.
