We have purchased the school book online as advised by School management Saint Peters Edu School Hanamkonda warangal.
After purchasing book online as advised by school this vendor AKSHAR SCHOOL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not providing us bill/invoice of the delivered books. when asked over call simply saying no bill will be provided .
Is it not the legitimate right of the consumer to get the bill along with the purchased book?
I need anyone to help me in this reagard and please advise me i am ready to knock all the legal doors untill i get the bill from this Akshar School Solutions Private Limited, Plot No- ***, Flat No. ***, Third Floor, Mathrusri Nagar, Near Society Office, Miyapur, Hyderabad - *****.
Really we are helpless please advise and help in this regard.
