I placed an order for a small size pet carrier, spoke to the Eassycart rep on the phone who said he will replace the size and refund the money. Now he says that his team is not allowing him to do so and i should not call him anymore.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
