Prepca Eduserv Pvt Ltd - Refusing full Refund

I am a student and i applied for some test series for around rs. ****/- in which i was assured a telephonic counselling session. And they didn't gave me the counselling which was included in the package i applied. so now when i am asking for the refund they are saying that they are only gonna refund the money on a proportionate basis (only for counselling part) which is around Rs. **** /-. But sir my take is that i applied their package only for counselling sessions. The package i selected was specially designed for Counselling else the same service except counselling is available in the market at much cheaper rate. Since i have invested so much precious time (during my exam days) in that and in that time i could have done many other productive work.

PS: The exams i was preparing for costs only Rs.****/- for * subjects to appear, but i invested Rs.****/- for * subjects in test series specially to have counselling
