Aditya trading company - Refuses to refund

first they said pay **** then you will get **** , I send them **** they said pay **** more to get the plan of **** in which you will get ***** after that they pay **** more for GST to get profit then I ask them to refund money ther refuses to refund the money ..they are just asking for more and more money without giving any profit
