Parth Ashram Edu Services Private Limited - Refused to refund coaching fee

I taken addmission on oct **** in class ** in this institute for ( ****-**** two year JEE Main and Advance course ) and when holiday ended ( March *-** ) holiday extended for * week more and then government announced lockdown and from ** april they started teaching online but that is not salisfactory and up to mark and till now our class **th syllabus in not completed and they started teaching for class **th for all batch convenience. So, I requested the institute to refund my class **th fee but they refused and said this is not in our policy.
