SRMS FUNCTIONAL IMAGING AND MEDICAL CENTRE - Refused to do MRI for the amount Rs 6000 already paid

SRMS FUNCTIONAL IMAGING AND MEDICAL CENTRE has taken Rs.**** in cash for MRI. But when asked them to get MRI done, the manager Shweta refused arrogantly. Also said that you can go to any consumer forum we will not do the test. I cant forgo Rs. **** to a pathology. They had given validity of this payment till **.**.****. Due to Covid lockdown from March till July'**** & thereafter due to scare of Covid'**, I was not visiting any hospital or pathology. Now as the situation has improved & corona cases have reduced, so thought of getting the test done. Shweta is very rude in behavior & refused to perform test for the advance amount already paid for. This is not a perishable item which gets rotten, It is MRI test for the advance amount already paid for. *.There cannot be any validity *.Even If it was so, then Govt. has instructed all service sector to entertain all after covid threat. Even the landlords were instructed to forgo rentals for sometime. Income tax date increased till **th Jan'**. This is the advance amount already paid for test. The pathology just cant refuse.
