I had purchased two Sweatshirts from Bombay Trooper in Oct ****. Out of that, one has defective stitches and another one, the colour was not matching. So, I requested them to replace the Sweatshirts with new ones, which they refused.
Bombay trooper is saying that they have policy not to replace Sweatshirts, but that policy is applicable only for Printed Sweatshirts, bot for ordinary ones, while mine are ordinary ones. So, I need those sweatshirts to be replaced.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
