Trans King Packers And Movers Pvt Ltd - Refuse to deliver my household by Trans King Packers and movers

I hired a packer & Moves to move my household from Pune to Lucknow. I got the quotation on **th Feb** from the company of Rs-***** to move my household. Then I confirmed about any hidden charges over the call from Mr. Sandeep and he confirmed that there will be no other charges except mentioned in the quotation (means- **K)
Households are packed and transported for Lucknow on **th Mar **.
I got another bill on **-Mar** of Rs-***** which is violating the quotation amount(**k).
I refused to pay *****, i can pay **k-*k(already deposited in advance)==**k
Now Mr. Sandeep is neither picking up my phone nor delivering my household.
Pls help with this asap, I need my household for functioning in my daily life. I have * kids and we are facing difficulty without households.
